Our collection of string instruments at GLC St John's Newtown has expanded thanks to support from our generous Parents & Friends Committee.

The P&F has provided funding to purchase four new cellos, which will be integrated into our Year 3 String class program to encourage even more students to commence learning the cello. This classroom program has been pivotal in the growth of our campus' string program which continues to develop thanks to the teaching and hard work of our incredibly talented String Teacher – Mrs Rachel Anderson who teaches violin, viola and cello.
